These terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchases made by customers and non-professional buyers on the website of Le Marché d'Emma.
Prices
All prices quoted on the website of Le Marché d'Emma are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes and delivery costs. All transactions can be made in Canadian dollars. The final price includes taxes and delivery costs and is paid in one transaction at the moment of the order.
Rules and delivery costs
Delivery must be done before 11h AM, our average arrival time is 48h-72h depending on your area. Free shipping on orders over 100$. This rule applies to all products except alcool and lotery. Shipping costs are 22.99 $ for all delivery under 100$.
In the event that a sudden craving takes you and you would like to receive our products in a shorter time, it is possible to arrange the shipping! Do not hesitate to contact Emma at (418) 806-9768 who will do everything in her power to help you receive your orders in a shorter time
Payment conditions
Orders placed on the Le Marché d’Emma website must be paid by credit card. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard cards as well as payments via Paypal. Le Marché d’Emma reserves the right to verify, with the institutions entitled to provide this information, the validity of any credit card that may be fraudulent, before approving a transaction and sending an order. If the card creates doubt as to its validity, Le Marché d’Emma may refuse to proceed with the transaction. The same applies to other payment methods.
Standards and guarantee
We guarantee that the information about our products is true, and that the items delivered will be fresh and always in good condition. Otherwise, you will need to provide us with the defective item and a copy of the original purchase receipt for inspection. No refunds or exchanges will take place if we determine that the item has been misused, modified or altered in any way. We do not provide protection against normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
Alcohol, lottery et cigarettes
Any user who orders a product containing alcohol must be of legal age (at least 18 years of age). The same goes for all lottery products and cigarettes. We ask that any buyer of one or more of these products have reached the majority at the time of purchase, even if it is not for personal consumption. In short, at the time of the transaction, the user confirms that he or she is at least 18 years old. The company reserves the right to verify the information with the user.
